My Story

"My Journey to Support Guy's and St Thomas' Charity"

Every day, as I walk through the corridors of Guy’s and St Thomas' Hospital, I am struck by the profound dedication of the NHS team and their partners. I see lives saved, battles fought, and tears shed - moments that imprint themselves on my soul.

These experiences, witnessing firsthand the incredible work of healthcare professionals, move me deeply. I can't help but feel a sense of responsibility to contribute in any way I can. Their tireless efforts deserve more than just admiration; they deserve our support.

That's why I'm driven to raise funds for Guy's and St Thomas' Charity. I want to ensure that the exceptional care provided here continues to thrive. It's not just about the tears I've seen, but also the smiles, the hope, and the unwavering commitment to making a difference.

By rallying together, we can make a tangible impact on healthcare services. Each donation, each act of kindness, is a step towards building a better, healthier future for all. Let's join hands and hearts, and together, let's be the change-makers Guy’s and St Thomas' Hospital deserves.

With lots of Love and Respect

P.S.   I dedicate this fundraising to my wonderful mother and Catherine, Princess of Wales, both of whom are bravely battling cancer. Your strength and courage inspire us all.

Every penny of your donation will help to make a difference:

£10 could help run a virtual support group session, enabling patients and carers to share their experiences of cancer from the comfort of their own home.

£50 could help provide a comforting care package for someone receiving end of life care, helping to alleviate symptoms and soothe fears.

£150 could provide expert welfare and benefits advice for a patient experiencing financial hardship, giving them the freedom to focus on their recovery.

£350 can help invest in the latest surgical robotic technology, so expert surgeons can work with greater accuracy and send patients home to their families sooner.
